Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Kakinga lodges. Aardige mensen. Perfect appartement netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel mooi ingericht goede wifi kwaliteit. En een geweldig uitzicht.

Kakina Lodges is zeer goed bevallen! Komen al jaren op Curacao maar zo’n uitzicht hebben we nog nooit gehad. Speels ingedeeld huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien (we hadden de middelste). Bij het zwembad lig je heerlijk rustig, vaak helemaal voor jezelf. Enthousiaste eigenaren die altijd voor je klaar staan wanneer nodig.
Volgende keer weer absoluut deze accommodatie!!

Wij hebben met ons gezin met 2 baby’s voor 2 weken verbleven bij Sandra en Jeroen en echt een fantastische tijd gehad. Een geweldige accommodatie, fijne bedden, ruim balkon, goed uitgeruste keuken, prachtige BBQ-plek, een heerlijk zwembad slechts gedeeld met 2 andere appartementen, sfeervol ingerichte tuin, een absolute aanrader. Sandra en Jeroen zijn fijne hosts, erg behulpzaam, en hebben speciaal voor ons twee kinderbedjes voor onze baby’s aangeschaft. Op loopafstand van Jan Thiel strand, maar een auto is zeker aan te raden voor de rest van het eiland (probeer de Caracasbaai weg te vermijden tijdens spits doordeweeks). Leon

Wij hebben bij Kakina Lodges in een mooi en fijn appartement verbleven. Appartement is goed en praktisch ingericht met alle voorzieningen (o.a. koffiemachine, vaatwasser en wasmachine) en ruim balkon met uitzicht over deel van Jan Thiel. Het zwembad is heerlijk en in de tuin is een ruime picknick tafel en BBQ. De eigenaren Sandra en Jeroen zijn super aardig en gastvrij. Zij doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Het kleinschalige resort (3 appartementen) ligt op een afgesloten terrein met parkeergelegenheid en centraal op Jan Thiel. Kakina is een absolute aanrader!

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November and had the best time.
The hosts were friendly, communicative and adaptable. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and only having 3 lodges contributed to the tranquility. The way the lodges were built ensure privacy for every guest.
The lodge I stayed in (Zanzi) was as described - clean, new, thoughtfully designed and had everything you could want for your stay in Curacao, from a dishwasher to a proper, full-sized oven and a Nespresso machine. There was a good sized, walk-in shower with great water pressure. The bedroom was downstairs, with dark blackout curtains and air conditioning. Something to note for those who are sensitive to the heat is that the living areas do not have air conditioning, but it’s perfectly fine with the fans. There was also washing machine per lodge available for use in a separate area.
The outdoor pool was well maintained with a cabana and sun loungers.
The highlight would be the balcony - it was large and caught some of the most beautiful lighting at sunrise.
I would highly recommend staying at Kakina Lodges - I wish I had stayed longer!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Kakina Lodges. Wat een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De huisjes zijn vrij nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk zwembad en tuin waar je papegaaitjes en kolibries spot. Dicht bij Jan Thiel beach maar een auto is wel nodig (voor ons iets te ver lopen, 20 minuten). Zeker als je verder het eiland wil verkennen. Jeroen en Sandra zijn attente hosts, communiceren makkelijk en snel. Een aanrader!

Wat een heerlijke vakantie bij Kakina Lodges. Werkelijk een top locatie met een mooi uitzicht over de heuvels richting de zee (2 min. rijden naar Jan Thiel beach).
Een schoon en sfeervol ingericht appartement en buitenterrein met een heerlijk zwembad.
Last but not least, wat een fijne ontvangst. Jeroen en Sandra wonen ook op het terrein, maar je ziet ze niet, dus een echt privé vakantiehuis gevoel. Heb je een vraag of wil je wat tips, een app en ze zijn er en geven je uitgebreid tips.
Kortom, als ik weer naar Curaçao ga dan hoef ik niet meer naar een locatie te zoeken 🏖️ 😀

We stayed at this apartment in Curaçao for one week and it was absolutely splendid. The view is breathtaking, and the interior is so beautifully decorated that you immediately feel at home. It truly feels like a little paradise, especially with the private pool. Everything was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The hosts, Sandra and Jeroen, are incredibly kind and dedicated to making sure everything is flawless. You can really feel how much heart ❤️ they have put into creating this wonderful place.
The location is also perfect, with easy access to two of Curaçao’s most famous beaches 🇨🇼.
In short: 100% recommendable!
